The time has come to take off one layer after another.  Yes, it is swimsuit time and taking off a few pounds might or might not help your swimsuit fit better.  Hey! It is worth a try. Maybe you are ready to stroll on the beach, jump the waves or take a dive in the pool.   That’s great.  Try defining your curves in 1 week with clean eating and fun exercising.  The following week you should remove the final layer of clothing and reveal you swimsuit.

The world has a lot of water. Why not enjoy it this summer.  There is more than enough water in the world to enjoy during the summer months so get ready to remove your beach dress, kimono, beach towel, sarong or beach top and stay cool.  About 71 percent of the Earth’s surface is water-covered, and the oceans hold about 96.5 percent of all Earth’s water.  water.usgs.gov/edu/earthhowmuch.html.  Whether you lose a few pounds or not make sure you take advantage of the water on earth to stay cool and wear your sassy swimwear.  Remember! Enjoy yourself and stay safe!

Physical Activities for 1 Week

Try to find time to add 30 minutes of cardio in your life. Walk, jog, run, or dance for 30 minutes every day. Bike riding is good too. It does not matter what time of the day.  All you have to do is 30 minutes of cardio. Have fun and own it.


Diet Plan for 1 Week

Drink at least 8 glasses of water for 7 days.  Eat 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Choose your meal. Make sure your three meals include fruits and vegetables, grains and protein.  Add dairy to each meal. Yogurt or a glass of 2% milk is great choices for diary.  Eat 5 apples a day. Eat 1 cup of yogurt before going to bed.  Don’t eat anything after 7 p.m.  Your meals should fit on a small plate.  Basically, half of your plate should include legumes and grains and the other half should include fruits and vegetables.  If you follow the instructions, you should have no problems dropping 3 lbs in a week and removing your final layer of clothing before revealing your favorite swimsuit.  Now is the time to stop wearing beach cover-ups. You don’t need them. The body is a master piece. Therefore you own it, fine tune it and continue to love it.


You are beautiful inside and out.   Wear you swimsuit. That’s one reason 71 percent of Earth is covered with water.  It is for all of us to enjoy.  Splash splash splash!  You are in.
